I recently spent two weeks shopping for a car, visiting dealerships across South Florida, from Kendall to West Palm Beach. My experience at other dealerships was frustrating due to deceptive pricing practices, with markups as high as $10,000 in unnecessary fees. However, my experience at this Mazda dealership was refreshingly different. They were the most transparent and straightforward, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. While you might find "cheaper" cars elsewhere, those savings are often offset by hidden charges and inflated fees. I'm thrilled with my new Mazda and the excellent customer service I received. The dealership's environment is welcoming, and the car itself exceeds my expectations. After test driving a Volkswagen, Toyota, Honda, and Kia, I can confidently say that once you experience a Mazda, nothing else compares. Special thanks to Manuel Patino, the sales representative who helped me. He really knows the brand and what he’s selling, so if you have questions, he is very knowledgeable about Mazdas. Additionally, Amalia provided me with the best insurance rate. I initially thought my friend, an insurance broker, was giving me the best deal, but Amalia shaved off $100 a month with better coverage. I’m very happy with the whole process and highly recommend this dealership for their honesty and quality service.

Have bought all of my cars for the past 20 years from Fernie Rodriguez and Yoyo...Experience is always the same--The best!!! First class people with first class values and service. Had the pleasure of having Yoyo and Fernie assist us purchase my daughter's first car some 3 years ago and now my son's first car. There is no one else I would trust! Thank you, boys!

I am not a big person on writing reviews, but I just had to share with the public and ALL of the Ocean Auto Club Family on what a great translucent experience I have had and continue to have with this dealership. I recently purchased my Mercedes E 63S from Ocean and they went beyond the call than any prior dealership I have had previously dealt with in the past. Pete- Sales Manager, I can't say or thank him enough. He was on vacation throughout the sale and transfer of my car arriving to Miami. Even him being away didn't stop him from actively monitoring every step of the way making sure there wasn't one hiccup with the car nor for me. Bryan- Customer Service Manager. The dealership definitely has the right person on this position. He is extremely thorough on what he does and treats his customers with integrity and plenty of respect. Ronell one of the Finance Managers, also helped me find the best possible rate which helped me out tremendously. Finally I got to thank Pedro too, one of the Salesmen. He is as honest and wholesome as they come. When there's Professionalism, Experience, and Outstanding Customer Relations there's really no other place like The Ocean Auto Club Family. Bought a 2017 m3 competition. Had an issue with the AC. They gave me a brand new Mazda loaner for 2 1/2 weeks while they fixed my car, free of charge. They made the best out of a bad situation for both of us. Answered me anytime I had a question or issue. Great service, definitely held up their end of the deal. Would recommend to anyone!
